The residence hall is located two blocks south west from the conference, on the UM campus. A student residence hall style building that is connected to the Michigan Union on the central campus of the University of Michigan. The rooms are air-cooled and provide private baths, bed linens, towels, blanket and pillow.Room Rates:
If you need to cancel your reservation, please call 734.764.5297 within 48 hours of your scheduled date of arrival or you will be charged for one night's stay on your credit card. The administrative fee will be withheld for processing purposes on all cancellations.
A parking permit for a designated lot on campus will be available for purchase at the Community Center at the residence hall. Street parking meters cost $1.25/hour between 8 am and 6 pm, otherwise they are free. But please be advised that street parking meters are scarce and parking enforcement is very strict - the fine is $10 to $15 for an expired parking meter. After several tickets you risk the inconvenience and the expense of several hundred dollars if your car is towed.

There are many, many other hotels within a three to five mile radius of the conference but it is the participant’s responsibility to arrange for travel to and from the hotel and the conference.
